Description

This PR makes some updates to the CLI/MCP docs to fix some small inaccuracies and to reflect some recent changes that weren't yet reflected in the docs. See my comments below for more info on each change.

These are really just suggestions - feel free to take them and modify/reorganize them as you see fit.
